Entitlements

Participants: Final programme and abstract book, admission to all scientific sessions including the Swiss symposium, registration event, coffee breaks and lunch. Tickets to the conference evening can be purchased at 80 EUR per person.

 

1 day registration: Admission to scientific sessions including the Swiss Symposium if the registration is for 27 May 2010, coffee breaks and lunch for one day. Tickets to the conference evening can be purchased at 80 EUR per person.

 

Accompanying persons:

Admission to the conference evening and the registration event. Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions and symposia.

 

Participants at Swiss Symposium: admission to the Swiss Symposium on 27 May 2010, satellite symposia on 27 May 2010, coffee breaks and lunch for Thursday 27 May 2010. No access to other sessions in the EWMA 2010 Programme.
Accompanying persons: Admission to the conference evening and the registration event. Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions and symposia.

 

Exhibitor and company registrations
There will be a separate online registration system for exhibitors and company registrations. All exhibitors at EWMA 2010 will be notified about this. For more information please contact the EWMA 2010 Conference Secretariat (ewma@ewma.org).

 

Payment

• By credit card: Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa. NB! If you want to use Dankort or VISA/Dankort (Danish participants) please complete a special registration form
• By international cheque in EUR made out to EWMA and forwarded to the EWMA Secretariat
• By bank transfer:

Please note that your registration for the conference cannot be confirmed until payment has been received. If you pay by cheque or bank transfer, we will hold your reservation for 30 days while we await payment.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the EWMA Secretariat. Cancellations postmarked before 1 April 2010 will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 70 EUR per participant. After 1 April 2010, registration fees are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
