Exhibition hours
Wednesday 26 May: 11:00 - 16:30
Thursday 27 May: 09:00 - 16:45
Friday 28 May : 09:00 - 15:00

Building height 
The maximum building height is 4 meters. It is possible to build higher (max. 9,5m), if you would like to build higher than 4 meters, please contact the EWMA Business Office (ewma@ewma.org).  

Suspended items
Information will follow.

Floor loading 
The maximum loading is 500kg load/m2

Goods Vehicles 
Vehicles can access Hall 1 from street level and are allowed into the Hall during build-up.

Loudspeakers 
It is not allowed to use loudspeakers or any activity outside the own stand without acceptance from the EWMA Business Office. Please contact the EWMA Business Office if you are planning to use loudspeakers at your stand. 

Build up 
Tuesday 25 May, 08.00 - 24.00
Personnel from the EWMA Business Office and the official exhibition company will be present.  

Early exhibition build up is available on the 24 May for all exhibititors with stand spaces over 20 sqm. The cost for Early build up is 1.000 EUR.  

Exhibition Break down
Please observe that break down cannot start before the end of the last break 14.30 Friday 28 May and that it has to be finished before Friday 28 May at 22.00.

Catering 
Information will follow.

VAT
Swiss VAT (7.6% in 2009) will be added on all orders from Geneva Palexpo and other suppliers.

VAT refund may be claimed via a company based in Switzerland such as:
