Exhibition

Exhibition area 
The exhibition area is Hall 1 along with the poster area and catering points.
 
To ensure maximum interaction between exhibitors and participants, lunch breaks and coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition area.

Stand 
Basic hiring of floor space includes:
• Exhibition space (floor space only)
• Daily cleaning
• Acknowledgement as an exhibitor in the programme with logo and contact information
• One insert in the conference bag
• One conference bag with Programme and Abstract  Book
• Participant list on arrival at the Conference
• Two free exhibitor registrations per 9 m2 including
   o Admission to the exhibition (no admission to scientific sessions)
   o Registration
   o Badge

Please observe that this does NOT include shell scheme, carpet or furniture!

Note that the rate for basic hiring of floor space covers the right to exhibit, not any shell scheme, furniture or carpeting.

A 50 % surcharge will be added for stands with two storeys.

Stand sizes  
Stand sizes vary from 9 to 100 m2.

Exhibitor 
Each company will have two free exhibitor registrations per 9 sqm.

Registration  
The exhibitor registration fee is € 125 per person when registering more exhibitors than what is included with the hiring of floor space. Due to security regulations, all personnel must be registered and wear official badges at all times.

Lunch is not included in the exhibitor registration.

Exhibitor registrations are only possible if your company exhibits at EWMA 2009.

The maximum number of exhibitors is 4 per 9 sqm, excess personnel must be registered as participants

Information regarding registration of exhibitors and participants will be forwarded in time due.
