Sponsoring Possibilities

Several possibilities exist for profiling your company in relation to the conference. Please contact the EWMA Business Office to hear more about these possibilities.

Conference Bags - SOLD
EUR 10.000 
The conference bags will be handed out to all participants and will provide a high level of exposure for your company. Your logo will be printed on the bag along with the conference logo. Type of the bags as well as position and size of the logo will be decided by mutual agreement. The sponsorship does not incl. production cost, which is paid by the sponsor.

Pen and notepad - SOLD
EUR 5.000
The pens and notepads will be handed out to all participants and will provide a high level of exposure for the sponsoring company. You can design the notepads and pens with you company logo or information about your products or symposium. The sponsorship does not incl. production cost, which is paid by the sponsor.

Simultaneous translation
Four sponsorships of 5.000 EUR
There will be simultaneous translations of 3-4 Strings. German and French oral presentations will be translated into English and vice versa.

The sponsorship includes:

• The right to promote your company as Sponsor of Simultaneous Translation.
• Acknowledgement as Sponsor of Simultaneous Translation in the final programme with logo.
• Acknowledgement as Sponsor of Simultaneous Translation on intermission screens before and after all sessions. The intermission screens will be running in all intermissions as long as the equipment is not being tested or presentations are being run as tests

Internet Café
EUR 10.000
The internet café consists of 10 computers with internet access, which are available to all participants free of charge.

The sponsorship includes:

• The right to promote your company as Internet Café Sponsor / Sponsor of the Internet Café
• Acknowledgement as Internet Café Sponsor in the final programme with logo
• Option to decorate the wall behind the internet café with company promotional material (Approximately 20 sqm wall space)
• You choose the default homepage of the internet browsers (e.g. your company web site or any site that is sponsored or made by your company)
• You may choose the desktop picture of the computers (e.g. an advert for your latest product)

Pocket Programme - RESERVED 
EUR 5.000
The pocket programme contains the agenda of the scientific sessions and satellite symposia. It will be distributed to all participants on site. The pocket programme will provide a high level of exposure for the sponsoring company. Your advert will be printed on the back cover of the pocket programme.

Lanyards - SOLD
EUR 5.000
All participants have to wear their badge all the time during the conference. The Lanyards will be handed out to all participants together with the badge.

Information Booth
EUR 7.500
The Information Booth will be used to hand out head sets for the simultaneous translation, general information etc.

The sponsorship includes:

• The right to promote your company as Information Booth Sponsor / Sponsor of Information Booth
• Acknowledgement as Information Booth sponsor in the final programme with logo
• Option to decorate the wall behind the Information Booth and the front of the Information Booth with company promotional material

Presents for
The key note speakers will be given small presents. The value of the presents will be EUR 15-25 per gift and there will be approx. 100 speakers. The price of the sponsorship is the price of the presents, about EUR 2.500.

The sponsorship includes:

• The right to promote your company as Sponsor of Presents for key speakers
• Influence on the content of the present
• Acknowledgement as Sponsor of Presents for key speakers in the final programme with logo
• Optional promotion on the wrapping of the present, e.g. if the present is a small crate of wine, your logo could be printed on the crate  

Roll-ups/Pop-ups
EUR 1.000 per roll-up (1-5 pcs), EUR 700 from following roll-ups
Roll-ups have to be placed in coordination with the exhibition office.

Banner
EUR 250 per m2
Banners can be placed in the conference area, please contact the Conference Secretariat for further information.

Ethical Guidelines
You are naturally also encouraged to invite people to the conference. The conference wants to emphasize that all national and international regulations do consider scientific conferences as educational activities and therefore it is considered legitimate for both pharmaceutical and medical device companies to send participants to EWMA 2010.

Educational Grants
The conference strongly supports the idea of educational grants given to the national wound management associations, who are obliged to spend the money from the grant on inviting members of the association to the EWMA 2010 conference.

A good profile towards the actual participants will be secured, as they will be aware of which company has given the educational grant. Please contact the Conference Secretariat or one of the partnering associations directly if you are interested in this great profiling opportunity.
